Full Journal pdf1993-05-07 House Journal Page 1691 SB 100 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1659) on the following at this time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 100(FIN) am H "An Act making supplemental and special appropriations for the expenses of state government; making, amending, and repealing capital and operating appropriations; and providing for an effective date." 1993-05-07 House Journal Page 1692 SB 100 and CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 100(FIN) am (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House recede from its amendment to CSSB 100(FIN) am, namely HCS CSSB 100(FIN) am H, and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House recede from its amendment to HCS CSSB 100(FIN) am H?"
